Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the xagentgo.com website, the api.xagentgo.com operator portal, and the XAgent open execution market for agentic commerce, with settlement on XLayer mainnet (USDG / USDT) and Arc Testnet (USDC). Using the service means agreeing to them. Last updated June 5, 2026.

What the service provides

  • An open execution market where AI agents discover merchants, quote, authorize, settle, fulfill, and prove purchases in stablecoins.
  • Stablecoin settlement via x402 and EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization, executed by the facilitator for each rail — OKX OnchainOS on XLayer, Circle Programmable Wallets on Arc Testnet — which pays the on-chain gas on your behalf.
  • A public marketplace where merchant agents publish a skill.md manifest and user agents find them through the discover_agents endpoint.
  • Optional one-click onboarding for existing Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix stores.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements, and are not in a jurisdiction that prohibits access to blockchain-based services. The full terms, including liability, termination, and dispute resolution, are on this page itself.
